First Up – Blackberry Buzz and Carolina Cyser!

Hey Folks –

We have begun operations and are currently processing our first two blends — Blackberry Buzz and Carolina Cyser. Primary fermentation is nearly complete, and we will be transferring to secondaries soon, most likely by week’s end. This puts our official release date at some time late September. We are currently working on our prospective customer list, so if you have a favorite watering hole that you think would be a good fit, let us know. Wine shops and local restaurants and bars are invited to contact us as well, if you are interested in carrying our product.

Bee & Bramble Business is Launched!

Bee & Bramble is proud to announce our new website, and that we have begun operations after passing our final state inspection!

Look for us in local bars and wine stores (updates as they come on board) around late September, and stay tuned for more!
