If you were a fan already, you will be especially happy with this year’s release, as we have spent more time refining our process and believe this to be the best we have ever made. Shipping to stores this week, so stock up for the holidays. Wassail! – Ivar

Summer is always busy for us, and we love to get out and meet our fans. For Asheville Bee Week, 5 Walnut will be featuring our products, and for the first time, by the glass! Come out anytime starting this weekend, and running till next, for a taste of the “good stuff”. Head Mazer Ivar Schloz will also host a special tasting next Friday, June 24th in the evening hours, and will be available to answer any questions you have about the wonders of mead. Enjoy Bee Week! Wassail!
Howdy mead fans! We are excited to host two more tastings this Saturday, June 18, at the Charlotte-area Whole Foods locations. Charlotte (proper) store will be from 2-4, Huntersville from 5-7. Come on out and sample Blueberry-Ginger, Traditional Dry, and Carolina Cyser, and talk with owner and Head Mazer Ivar Schloz. We are running out of Cyser (to return in the Fall), so if you haven’t tried it yet, get some before it’s gone! Wassail!
Isn’t it lovely? Tastes even better than it looks! In stores starting this week…
Join us this Friday from 4-7 for our next tasting at Earth Fare on Hendersonville Rd. We will be sampling our latest — Blueberry-Ginger, and it’s a good one!
Let the tastings continue! Our neighbors at Hickory Nut Gap farm will be hosting Bee & Bramble this Saturday (12/12) from 2-4 pm. Great opportunity to stock up on mead and meats, the finest around!
We will have our next tasting at the Cork & Keg bar (Weinhaus) this Friday (12/11) from 6-8 pm. Afterwards, Café Sho will be playing some fine Cajun music for your dancing pleasure. Just the way to start the weekend!
Time for another! Get out of the rain, and into the Asheville Greenlife today, from 4-6, for a taste of the good stuff. Last tasting before CiderFest!
Hey folks – time to get your CiderFest 2015 tickets before they sell out! We will be there with several varieties for tasting, Traditional Dry and Carolina Cyser on tap, and bottles for purchase. This is a super fun event and a great opportunity to celebrate Asheville’s Alt-Bev (i.e., “other than beer”) scene. Tickets available for purchase at CiderFest 2015 Website.
